Partnerships and licenses enable the FAUCHON group to develop and implement quality branded venues thanks to affiliates who share our values and standards of excellence.

FAUCHON Boutiques

In order to adapt to all types of locations, FAUCHON offers four store concepts. Each concept features — depending on the requirement — a delicatessen, caterer (fresh creations to take away), gifts and personalized products. The boutiques are always located in an exclusive environment and are very often associated with a restaurant. The FAUCHON boutiques target both local customers and corporations for both internal consumption as well as corporate gifts, incentives, etc. The brand enriches its deployment as a result of a network of affiliated partners, in franchise or license, in sectors as diverse as “Travel Retail,” individual points of sale, bakeries, or restaurants and cafes. FAUCHON is now also a major player in e-commerce, both with its selection of products and with products manufactured under license, all created under the supervision of FAUCHON Chefs.

FAUCHON FOOD & BEVERAGE

In high-end, very selective locations, the four FAUCHON F&B Concepts are very popular with global customers. Within FAUCHON Hotels — as well as in the heart of luxury malls — the brand offers a high-level of service in keeping with the moments of consumption: gourmet and refined (Grand Café Fauchon), elegant and “healthy“ (FAUCHON Salon de Thé), creative and festive as in cocktail creations (Bar FAUCHON). With its partners, FAUCHON also proposes gourmet restaurant (Café FAUCHON). FAUCHON also has extensive expertise in organizing receptions, from the most intimate to the quite grand. In France, this proficiency is adapted to another area: corporate catered meal trays, created with a local partner, always with the same commitment to excellence.

FAUCHON Hospitality

With a target of 20 boutique hotels, FAUCHON Hospitality has been involved in hospitality development around the world since 2018. Its first two luxury hotels opened in France and Japan: the first in Paris on September 1, 2018 and the second in Kyoto on March 1, 2021. Both FAUCHON HOTELS are affiliated with The Leading Hotels of the World. A third property, in Riyadh, will welcome guests as if 2024. Many additional projects are being finalized in the Middle East, North and South America, China, and other global destinations.

The FAUCHON School

Based in Rouen, France, the FAUCHON School is a new bilingual training center (French and English) for restaurant, hotel and management professions and is open to all. The training courses all offer professional certifications. From the intensive CAP (6 months instead of two years) to the Masters in Catering in partnership with Neoma business school, the training courses are aimed at both young adults and professional individuals seeking retraining. The FAUCHON School will open in September 2022.
